Picking a gift for a director project
A project director usually holds the whole thing together: the schedule, the budget, the client calls, and the team that keeps asking what happens next. Their days are split between spreadsheets and meetings, and most of their wins are quiet ones, like a launch that went out on time or a scope fight settled before it became a crisis. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee or hoodie gives them something comfortable for the long meeting days and the occasional off-site. An 11 oz mug fits the desk where the coffee gets cold while they're on a call. You can make it theirs by using the second line for a team, a project name, or the year they finished a big one, so it reads as a mark of what they actually did rather than a generic job shirt. Kids designs and a baby onesie are there too, in case the project director in your life is also a parent who's still building their own kind of schedule at home.
