Picking a gift for a director property
A director of property usually oversees the buildings, land or portfolio a company or organization depends on, which means a lot of their week is spent on site visits, lease questions, maintenance schedules and budget reviews that rarely get noticed until something breaks. They tend to be the calmest person in the room when a roof leaks or a tenant calls at seven in the morning. A gift that acknowledges that steady, behind-the-scenes work lands well. A tee or hoodie is practical for site walks and weekend projects, and a mug gives them something sturdy for the long stretch of planning at the desk. Add the title as they actually use it, and if they work for a particular company or building, put the department or property name on the second line, so the gift feels like it was made for their role and not for an anonymous job title.
Director Property gift questions
Can I add the company or property name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the company, building or portfolio name there. Check the preview to make sure the spacing looks right before you order.
What is a director of property?
The role generally covers overseeing a company's buildings, land or real estate holdings, including maintenance, leasing and budgets. Duties vary by employer, so if you're unsure of their exact responsibilities, a title-only design is a safe choice.
Are there options for a whole property team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design and paste a list of names, and each person gets their own size with their name printed on the shirt.
What sizes do the director property shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director property gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
