Picking a gift for a director quality improvement
A director of quality improvement usually lives in the gap between what a clinic or company says it does and what its patients or customers actually experience. They pull data from audits, chart reviews and complaint logs, then spend long days in meetings trying to turn a messy number into a process that holds up on a busy Tuesday. The work is quiet, and it rarely gets applause, so a gift that names the job out loud can feel like the first time someone noticed. A shirt or hoodie with their title on it works well for the conference they'll attend or the all-hands meeting where they present. A mug suits the desk where they draft action plans at seven in the morning. Put their title in the main line and a department or organization name underneath if you know it. If you're unsure about a credential like CPHQ, say their credential or leave it off rather than guess at what they hold.
Director Quality Improvement gift questions
Can I add a department or organization name under the title?
Many designs have a second line for a unit, department or year. Type it into the text box and the preview will show you how it sits under the title before you order.
Can I use a credential like CPHQ on the design?
Yes, if the person holds it and you want it shown. Type it in exactly as they write it, so it matches their own usage.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
Yes. Many people with this title go by quality improvement director in conversation, and you can type whichever wording they use most at work.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted into this role?
A mug or tee with the title marks the moment well. It's practical for daily use and reads as a real congratulations rather than a generic office gift.
What sizes do the director quality improvement shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director quality improvement gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
