Picking a gift for a director rooms
Director rooms are the places where decisions get made: boardrooms, executive suites, and the conference room with the long table and the one chair nobody wants to sit in. The person who spends their days running those rooms works long hours, prepares for every meeting, and usually carries more responsibility than the title on the door suggests. A gift for them lands when it's a little bit of a joke about the job and a little bit of recognition for it. A tee for the early commute or the weekend, a hoodie for the cold conference room, a mug that's clearly theirs on the credenza. The easiest way to make it personal is to add the word that describes their own role or team in the second line, so the shirt says something specific about the work they actually do, not just the room they're in.
