Picking a gift for a director sales training
A director of sales training spends their days teaching people how to sell well, which means they're usually the one who prepped the role-play, rehearsed the objection handling and then stayed late to coach the rep who missed the number. That mix of pride and exhaustion is what a gift should answer. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold conference-room AC, or a mug for the first coffee of a long onboarding week are all things they'll actually use. Make it theirs by adding the title and team they work with, or a line that points at the work itself, like Training or Onboarding. Anyone who has built a sales program knows the job is mostly invisible when it goes well, so a shirt with their name on it is a nice way to say you noticed.
Director Sales Training gift questions
Can I add a title and company name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a name, team or year underneath the title. The preview updates as you type so you can check the spacing.
Is there a special day for sales trainers?
Not one that's widely recognized, so most people give this gift for a work anniversary, a promotion or the end of a big training launch.
Which product works best for a sales training director?
The hoodie and the mug are the most useful for office life. A tee is a good choice if they spend a lot of time running workshops.
Can I order for a whole training team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design and paste the names. Each person gets their own shirt with their name on it.
What sizes do the director sales training shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director sales training gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
