Picking a gift for a director schools
A director of schools oversees a whole district, which means budgets, board meetings, school calendars and more phone calls than anyone can count. They're usually the last to leave a late-night board session and the first to show up at a ribbon cutting. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit proud: something to wear to the school events they attend every week, or a mug for the early-morning drive between buildings. Put the job title on it, and add the district or the school year underneath if you want it to feel like theirs. Many school leaders get recognized in the spring, and retirement send-offs and end-of-year thank-yous are common times to order, so plan a couple of weeks ahead.
