Picking a gift for a director scientific
A scientific director usually runs a lab, a research program or a whole institute, which means they spend less time at the bench than they'd like and more time in budget meetings, grant reviews and hiring conversations. The gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge the long hours behind the title. A soft tee for weekend work in the garden, a hoodie for the chilly seminar room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off during a long afternoon of planning. Put the title on it as written, Director Scientific, or add the field or institution underneath if you know it. That small second line turns a generic job shirt into something that says you paid attention. If you're buying for a whole research group, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop makes a warmer farewell or promotion gift than another sheet cake.
Director Scientific gift questions
Can I put a field or department under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the department, lab or research area there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is there a version with their name as well?
Many designs have room for a name. Type it into the text box and the preview will show how it sits with the title.
What's a good gift for a new scientific director?
A mug or tee with the title and the year they started works well. It marks the move into the role without being a big production.
What sizes do the director scientific shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director scientific gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
