Picking a gift for a director search
A director search is one of the most exhausting jobs to be part of. Someone is usually running a long hiring process that involves committees, reference calls, late nights reviewing candidates and a lot of quiet waiting. Whether they're a recruiter placing executives or an in-house search lead working through a leadership hire, the work tends to be invisible until the right person finally signs on. A gift that acknowledges that grind lands well. A tee for the office or the commute home, a hoodie for the long sessions in a cold conference room, or a mug for the endless coffee that keeps the process moving. Add their name or their firm's abbreviation as the second line so it feels like theirs, not generic office merch. You can also use the Team Shop to order one design for the whole search team, with each person's name on their own shirt.
Director Search gift questions
Can I add my search firm's name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a firm name, an abbreviation or a team name there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is this a good gift for someone who just finished a big hire?
It is. A shirt or mug marks the end of a long process and gives them something to keep from the project, especially if they worked on it for months.
Can I order for the whole search team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director search shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director search gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
