Picking a gift for a director service
A director of service runs the part of an organization that people actually feel, whether that's a restaurant floor, a hotel front desk, a hospital patient-experience team, or a community nonprofit. Their days go to scheduling, handling complaints before they escalate, coaching frontline staff, and figuring out why the wait times went up again. Most of the thanks they get is quiet, so a gift that acknowledges the work lands well. A tee with their title on the front and their name or department on the second line is something they can wear on a day off without it feeling like a work badge. A hoodie suits the early mornings and the cold loading dock, and a mug earns its spot on the desk where they draft the next staff meeting. Keep the wording to the title they actually hold. If you're buying for a whole service team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste each person's name so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
