Picking a gift for a director solution
A director solution is someone who keeps a project, team or office moving by taking ownership of the problems other people hand off. They're the one fielding the calls at 6 pm and turning a messy situation into a plan everyone can follow, and they usually work well past the point where anyone is thanking them. The gifts that land for this person are the ones that acknowledge the job itself. A dark tee they can wear on a long Friday, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug that's clearly theirs on a desk full of shared coffee cups. Add a second line with their title, their department, or the year they took the role, and the shirt stops being generic office merch and becomes a small mark of recognition. If you're buying for a whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a quick way to say you noticed the work.
Director Solution gift questions
Can I add a title or department under director solution?
Yes. Most designs have a second line. Type the title or department there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a version for kids or a baby?
There are a few kids designs and one baby onesie. Use the product filter on the page to see which designs are available in each size.
Can I get the same design for several people at once?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste the names, pick a size for each person, and each shirt will carry its own name.
What sizes do the director solution shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director solution gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
