Picking a gift for a director sterile processing
A director of sterile processing runs the department that cleans, inspects, packages and sterilizes every surgical instrument a hospital uses, so the operating rooms can start on time. It's a job most patients never see and most surgeons quietly depend on. The people who hold it tend to be early risers who care about traceability, quality audits and keeping a tight team on track through the surprise instrument shortage at 2 a.m. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic hospital tee. Put their title on the shirt or mug, and add their credential if they earned one, such as CRCST or CSPDT, but only if that's accurate for them. If you're buying for a whole department, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a good way to thank the team the director leads.
Director Sterile Processing gift questions
Can I add a credential like CRCST to the shirt?
Yes. Type it into the second line or after their name, then check the preview for spacing. Only add a credential they actually hold.
Is there a dedicated day to celebrate sterile processing staff?
Many hospitals recognize sterile processing staff during National Hospital Week in May, but dates vary by organization, so check with your hospital if you want to plan around it.
Can I order shirts for my whole sterile processing team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Do you have designs for the 11 oz mug as well as shirts?
Yes. The director sterile processing design is available as an 11 oz mug, along with the tees and hoodie listed on the page.
What sizes do the director sterile processing shirts come in?

How long does a director sterile processing gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
