Gifts for Director Strategic Developments

Picking a gift for a director strategic development

A director of strategic development usually spends their days deciding where the organization should be in three or five years, then selling that vision to people who would rather stick with what works. It's a job of long meetings, dense planning documents and a lot of coordinating across departments that don't naturally talk to each other. Gifts that land tend to acknowledge that work without being corporate. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the chilly commute, or a mug for the first coffee before the first meeting all say you see the job they do. Typing their exact title into the text box gives it the right weight, and a second line for the company name or their department can make it personal. If you're buying for a leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a lighter touch than another planning retreat.
