Picking a gift for a director surgery
A surgical director usually runs the operating rooms, schedules cases, and keeps a team of surgeons, nurses and techs moving through long days that can start before dawn. They're often the one who knows where every instrument tray is and who gets the late call when a case runs over. A gift that acknowledges that load tends to land best. A tee or hoodie gives them something soft and practical for the drive in or the cold OR. A mug is the quiet acknowledgment that they've earned a real coffee break. To make it theirs, add the role name or the department they lead, and a second line with the year they took the post or their unit. If you're buying for a whole surgical team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a good way to thank everyone who keeps the department running.
Director Surgery gift questions
Can I add a department or a year to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a department, unit or year. Type it in and the preview will show you how it fits before you order.
Is there a specific day to celebrate a surgical director?
Some hospitals mark healthcare and surgical staff appreciation in the spring, but dates vary by employer. Check with your hospital's HR or communications team if you want to time the gift to a specific event.
Can I order shirts for my whole surgical team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director surgery shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director surgery gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
