Picking a gift for a director talent
A director of talent runs the people side of a company: recruiting, hiring, developing and keeping the people who do the work. Their days are full of interviews, offer negotiations, performance conversations and the occasional hard decision about who fits where. Much of the job happens in meeting rooms and inboxes, so a gift that shows you see the work tends to land well. A tee with their title and maybe their company or team on the second line is the easy version. A hoodie is good for the long recruiting weeks when the office runs cold. An 11 oz mug is the one they'll use every morning before the first candidate call. Type in the exact title they use, and if they're a director of talent at a particular company, add that line too so the piece is clearly theirs.
Director Talent gift questions
Can I add a company name or team to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the company, department or team name there. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
Yes. Try Talent Director, Head of Talent or People Director if that's closer to how they're known at work. Type whichever version they use and check the preview.
Can I order for the whole talent team?
Yes. In the Team Shop, choose one design, paste the team's names and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director talent shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director talent gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
