Picking a gift for a director talent development
A director of talent development usually sits between the people doing the work and the people who need to grow, designing training, mentoring programs, and succession plans, and often spends a lot of time in meetings about how to keep good people from leaving. They're the one who notices when someone is ready for a bigger role and quietly builds the path to get them there. A gift for someone in that job should acknowledge that they think about people's careers as carefully as they think about the company's. A tee for the office or the weekend works well, and a hoodie covers the cold conference rooms and long planning sessions. A mug on their desk is a daily small thanks for all the one-on-ones and workshops they run. You can personalize it with their title, or put the word talent development on a second line, and it reads as a job they're proud of rather than a generic office gift.
Director Talent Development gift questions
Can I add their name to the shirt along with the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can put their name or a year there. Type it in and the preview will show you how it looks.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
You can type any wording you like. A shorter line such as Talent Development or Director often looks cleaner on a shirt or mug.
Can I order shirts for a whole talent development team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, choose a design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the director talent development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director talent development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
