Picking a gift for a director talent management
A director of talent management spends the day matching people to roles, running reviews and helping managers see what their teams can become, and much of that work happens in conversations nobody sees. They often carry a laptop bag full of org charts into meetings and end the week with a calendar that's more than half full of other people's careers. What lands well for someone like this is a gift that acknowledges the job without making it a joke about HR. A soft tee they can wear to the office or the weekend market, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the morning coffee before the first interview of the day. Put their title on it, and if you want a second line, add their company's name or the year they started, but only if they'd be glad to see it. Keep it plain and let the title do the talking.
Director Talent Management gift questions
Can I add a company name or department to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a year or a department. Type it into the text box and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
Yes. If the full title is too long for a shirt, check the designs for a shorter form. Some options let you choose between the full title and a more compact version.
Would this be a good gift for someone new to the role?
It can be. A new director often appreciates something that marks the promotion, and a mug or hoodie with their title is a lighthearted way to celebrate it.
What sizes do the director talent management shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director talent management gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
