Picking a gift for a director technical operations
A director of technical operations usually sits between the engineers who build things and the people who have to keep them running, which means their days are full of schedules, vendor calls, incident reviews and budget conversations that rarely get thanked. A gift that acknowledges the job itself lands better than a generic work shirt. Put their title on a tee or hoodie and they have something that reflects what they actually do. A mug with their title on it is a small daily reminder that someone noticed the long quarter. If you're shopping for a whole ops team, one design with each person's name and title on their own shirt makes a nice group gift for a launch wrap-up or a year-end celebration. Whatever you choose, add a second line for their team, site or start year so it feels specific to them rather than to the role on paper.
Director Technical Operations gift questions
Can I add a team or company name under the title?
Many designs have a second line. Type the team, site or department name there and the preview will show how it sits under the title before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
Some designs use abbreviated wording. Browse the list and compare how the lines look in the preview, since a long title can change the layout.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to this role?
A mug or tee with the new title and the year they started is a simple way to mark the move without making it feel like a plaque on the wall.
Can I order for the whole operations team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director technical operations shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director technical operations gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
