Picking a gift for a director training
A director of training spends their days turning new hires into people who can actually do the job, which usually means a lot of onboarding sessions, scheduling headaches, and quietly fixing whatever the last rollout broke. They tend to be the first to arrive and the last to leave on a launch week, and they're often the one everyone calls when someone needs to be taught something twice. What lands with them is a gift that acknowledges that work without making a fuss about it. A tee with their title gives them something to wear on the days they run a session, a hoodie covers the cold conference room where training often happens, and a mug on their desk is a small, daily nod that their team notices. Add their name on the second line and the design stops being a generic job shirt and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole training team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name, so the group looks like it belongs together.
Director Training gift questions
Can I add a name or a team name to a director of training shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can add their name, a department, or a team name. The live preview shows you how it will look before you order.
Is there a shirt for training directors who want to wear it at work?
The light and dark tees work well for office days. If they wear black for sessions, the dark tee is the better pick. The hoodie suits the cooler rooms.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to director of training?
A mug with their new title and name is a practical start. It marks the promotion and gets used every workday, so it stays a reminder of the moment.
What sizes do the director training shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director training gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
