Picking a gift for a director utilization
Director of utilization management is a role most people outside healthcare have never heard of, and that's part of why a gift for one lands so well. These are often the people who spend their days reviewing whether a patient's care plan is medically necessary, coordinating with physicians, insurers and case managers, and keeping a hospital or health system running efficiently without losing sight of the patient. It's a job of spreadsheets, phone calls and hard conversations, usually done with a tight deadline. A gift that acknowledges that specific work will mean more than a generic work shirt. Put the title on a tee or hoodie, add their department or organization if they'd like, and the piece becomes a quiet nod to the job they do. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a name or a year. For a coworker celebrating a promotion or a team lead retiring, the title itself is the part they'll notice first.
Director Utilization gift questions
Can I add a department or organization name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line where you can type a department, a unit or a year. Open the design and type it in to check the spacing in the preview before you order.
What's a good gift for someone getting a promotion to director?
A mug or hoodie with the new title is a practical, personal way to mark the step up. Pair it with their name for a gift they'll actually use at work.
Can I order shirts for my whole department?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Do you have a version for a kids or baby shirt with this title?
No, the title fits best on adult tees, hoodies and mugs. Kids and baby designs are better suited to other words, like a family role or a name.
What sizes do the director utilization shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director utilization gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
