Picking a gift for a disaster recovery manager
A disaster recovery manager spends long stretches planning for the worst day a company could have, then gets called in when that day arrives. They're the person who knows where the backups live, which failover runs first, and how to keep a team calm at three in the morning while systems come back one by one. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little dry, the kind of thing that fits the work without making a fuss. A plain tee for the office or a hoodie for the cold server room gets worn constantly. Adding a second line with their title or team name, or the year they took the role, makes it theirs rather than a generic job shirt. A mug with their name on it is a quiet thank-you for every recovery drill they ran when nobody thanked them. Look through the designs and pick the one that matches how they like to dress for work.
