Picking a gift for a diversity director
A diversity director usually sits between the people who make policy and the people who live with it every day. They run training sessions that are never quite finished, sit in on hiring panels, field the awkward questions from managers, and often carry more of the work than their title suggests. A gift that acknowledges that load tends to land well. A soft tee for the days they're presenting to executives, a hoodie for the long stretch before a big review, or a mug for the morning ritual before the inbox fills up. What makes a gift feel right is specificity: add the organization they work for, the team they lead, or the year they took the role. Keep the design simple and the text clearly theirs, and it reads as a thoughtful tribute to the work rather than a generic job joke.
Diversity Director gift questions
Can I add the company name or team name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the organization or team there and the preview will show you how it fits before you order.
Is there a version of this for a diversity officer or chief diversity officer?
Designs for this exact title may differ by product. Try typing your preferred wording into the text box to check how it looks on each item.
What's a good gift for someone who just started the role?
A mug or tee with their title and the year they started is a light, friendly way to mark the new job without much pressure.
What sizes do the diversity director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a diversity director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
