Gifts from Dixmont
Dixmont is a small town, and the people who grew up there usually know each other by name, school year and the way they take their coffee. A shirt with Dixmont on it works for someone who still gets back for the summer festivities, the high school reunion, or a holiday visit to parents who never left. It's also a strong gift for anyone who moved away and still calls the town home, the one who keeps saying they'll move back someday. Small-town pride tends to show up in plain clothes, so a soft tee or hoodie fits better than anything too fancy. A mug with the town name is the easy pick for a kitchen where the local paper gets read every morning. You can add a second line with a family name, a street or a year to make it feel like theirs rather than a generic town souvenir.
