Picking a gift for a documentation manager
A documentation manager spends the day making sure the right information reaches the right people, which means they're usually the one who knows where every policy, procedure and version number lives. Their days tend to run through long stretches of review, revision and cross-team follow-up, often with a coffee going cold beside a second monitor. A gift that acknowledges that quiet, detail-driven work tends to land better than something generic. Put their job title on a tee or hoodie for the commute and the first day of a new project, or add a team or department name on the second line so it feels specific to where they work. A mug with their title is the kind of thing that sits on the desk every morning and makes the job feel noticed. If you're shopping for a whole documentation team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks after a big release or a long audit.
Documentation Manager gift questions
Can I add a company or team name under the job title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a team, department or company name. Type it in and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a documentation manager design for kids or babies?
There are a few kids tees and one baby onesie with this title. Use the product filter on the page to see them.
Can I order shirts for my whole documentation team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for a colleague who just finished a big project?
A mug or tee with their title works well, especially if you add the project name or year on the second line. It marks the moment without being overly formal.
What sizes do the documentation manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a documentation manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
