Gifts from Driftwood
Driftwood is a small name, and that's worth keeping in mind before you buy anything. Depending on where your recipient lives, Driftwood may be a town or a place name that locals use with pride, and I don't know enough about this particular place to describe its streets, its history or its local character without guessing. What I can say is that a gift tied to a hometown lands when it reflects the person's own connection to it. Think about what they'd recognize at a glance: the town name on a shirt they wear to the grocery store, a hoodie for the cold drive out of town, or a mug that makes the morning coffee feel like home. Whoever has a small-town attachment often wears it quietly, so pick the product you'd want to see on them on an ordinary Tuesday. Use the second line for a street, a year they moved there, or a nickname the town goes by, and the design becomes theirs rather than a generic place name.
Driftwood gift questions
Is Driftwood a city or a town I should know about?
I'm not certain of the details of this place, so I'd rather not describe it. The designs use the name as you type it, so you can choose the wording that fits the person you're buying for.
What should I add to a Driftwood design?
Many designs have a second line. People often use a year they moved in, a street, a school class, or a nickname the town goes by. Type it in and the preview will update.
Which product is best for someone who moved away?
The 11 oz mug is a good choice for a homesick transplant, since it gets used every morning. A hoodie works well for anyone who misses the cooler weather back home.
Are there designs for babies and kids?
Yes. There are baby onesies and kids tees and dark tees, so you can match a family's whole set of gifts with the same town name.
What sizes do the driftwood shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Driftwood gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
