Gifts from Du Quoin
Du Quoin is a small city in southern Illinois, and people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it, whether they still live down the road or have moved to Chicago or beyond. A shirt or mug with the town name is a quiet way of saying where someone is from, the kind of gift that gets worn to the county fair, a homecoming, or a family visit. Because the name is a bit unusual outside the region, a Du Quoin shirt often sparks a conversation, and that is part of the fun for the person wearing it. For someone who has moved away, it works as a small piece of home on a cold morning. You can make it theirs by adding a second line for a high school class year, a street, or a family name, so the design reflects their own connection to the town rather than just the town itself.
Du Quoin gift questions
Can I add a class year or a family name to a Du Quoin design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the class year, a family name, or another detail there, and the preview will show how it sits under the town name before you order.
Do you have Du Quoin designs for kids?
Yes. Kids tees, dark kids tees and baby onesies are available for the town, so a family can dress everyone from toddlers to teens in matching hometown gear.
Which Du Quoin product is best for a visit back home?
A tee is the easiest choice for a visit or event, while a hoodie works well for cooler weather. Choose whichever fits the trip and the person's style.
What sizes do the du quoin shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Du Quoin gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
