Gifts from Eldorado
Eldorado is a name that carries a lot of meaning: the legendary city of gold, and a handful of real towns and places across the US that share the name. Whoever this gift is for probably grew up in one of them, or has a connection that makes the word feel like theirs. A shirt or hoodie with the name is an easy way to say you know where they're from, and a mug with it works for the kitchen of anyone who still gets homesick for the place. Since so many towns share the name, the detail that makes it personal is the second line: add the state, the year they moved, or the street they lived on. Eldorado also has a little built-in playfulness, since the legend is about a place people spent their lives looking for, which makes it a fun theme for a friend who has always been headed somewhere.
Eldorado gift questions
Which Eldorado is the design meant for?
The design uses the word itself, so it works for any Eldorado. Add the state or town in the second line to make it specific to the place your recipient knows.
Can I add a year or a name under Eldorado?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a place or a name. Type it in and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is there a legend or history behind the name I should mention?
The name is tied to the old legend of a city of gold that explorers searched for. A short nod to that can make a card or note more fun, but keep the design itself about the word.
Are there Eldorado designs for kids or babies?
Yes. There are kids tees, dark kids tees and baby onesies with the name. Use the product filter to see them.
What sizes do the eldorado shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an Eldorado gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
