Picking a gift for an election watcher
Election watchers spend long hours at polling sites, checking in observers, logging questions and sitting through quiet stretches that can suddenly get busy. They're volunteers and workers who show up early and stay late, often on a single day of the year that matters a lot to them. A gift for someone in this role should acknowledge that commitment without getting political. A plain, comfortable shirt for the long day is useful, since they're on their feet and may be outside in the morning. A hoodie covers the cold hours before sunrise, and a mug is the one they'll reach for during the lull between voters. To make it theirs, add their name and the county or precinct they worked, or the year of the election. That turns a generic election shirt into a record of the work they did. Check that the wording matches the role they actually filled, since watchers, poll workers and observers have different jobs.
Election Watcher gift questions
Can I add a precinct or county to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the precinct, county or year there. The preview shows the spacing before you order.
Is this a gift for a poll worker or a party observer?
The designs use the general title election watcher. If they worked a specific role, check the wording and add a line that describes their work.
Can I order for a whole volunteer team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What's a good gift for someone who keeps watch on election night?
A hoodie or mug works well because they're often at a site for many hours, sometimes in the cold or late at night.
What sizes do the election watcher shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an election watcher gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
