Picking a gift for an engineering internship
An engineering intern is usually a student or recent grad working through their first real projects, sitting in design reviews they only half understand, and learning that the job is as much about asking good questions as getting answers. Summers can be long and the hours unpredictable, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones that feel like a small milestone. A tee with the internship title and season gives them something to wear to the lab or the plant floor. A hoodie is useful for early site visits and cold conference rooms. A mug on the desk marks the internship as real, not a placeholder. Add the company team, the program name or the year in the second line if you know it, so the design reflects their actual summer rather than a generic one. If you're buying for a whole cohort of interns, the Team Shop lets you put every intern's name on their own shirt from one design.
Engineering Internship gift questions
What can I add to an engineering internship shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type in the year, the season, the program name or the discipline, such as civil or mechanical. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is this a good gift for a student who just finished an internship?
Yes. A tee or hoodie marks the experience and is useful for the next school term or the first full-time role. A mug works well for someone heading into a new office.
Can I order shirts for every intern in a program?
Yes. Choose one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the engineering internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an engineering internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
