Picking a gift for an equipment tech
Equipment techs keep things running that most people never think about: the imaging machines, the lab analyzers, the pumps and monitors that have to work the moment someone needs them. They're often the first call at two in the morning and the last person thanked, so a gift that acknowledges the real job tends to land well. Think about where they spend their hours. Hospital and clinic techs carry a bag of tools and a stack of work orders, and a shirt they can wear under a lab coat or over thermals on a cold service call feels earned. Add the specialty in the second line, like biomed, imaging or lab, so the design reflects the equipment they actually maintain. For a whole department or service team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which tends to mean more than another cake in the break room.
Equipment Tech gift questions
Can I add a specialty like biomed or imaging to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the specialty there and the preview will show how it sits under the main word before you order.
Is there a design for a whole service team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Are there options for a new tech just starting out?
Yes. A hoodie or tee with their name and start year is a good way to mark the first job. It's something they can wear on the first cold call.
Are there designs for kids or babies in the family?
Some designs come as kids tees and baby onesies, so you can match a family member's career with a smaller version.
What sizes do the equipment tech shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an equipment tech gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
