Picking a gift for an event planning intern
An event planning intern is usually the person who shows up before sunrise to set up chairs, keeps a spreadsheet of vendor deadlines in their head, and somehow stays cheerful through a rehearsal dinner that runs late. Internships are long, unpaid or lightly paid in many cases, and the people doing them often feel invisible next to the senior planners. A gift that says the job out loud tells them their work is being noticed. Think about what they carry each day: a clipboard, a headset, a lanyard for every venue. A soft tee for the early load-in, a hoodie for the cold ballroom, or a mug for the coffee they'll need before the first walkthrough. Add their name, or the words intern and the year, and it becomes a small credential they can point to. A graduating intern often values a hoodie that marks the end of the internship as a milestone.
Event Planning Intern gift questions
Can I add the intern's name or company year to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name or year. Open any design and type it in, and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a design that works for a new or graduating intern?
Yes. A hoodie with the job title and the year they started or finished is a good marker for a new or graduating intern, since it records the milestone.
What if I want to buy for a whole planning team of interns?
Use the Team Shop. Pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person so every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the event planning intern shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an event planning intern gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
