Picking a gift for a facilities coordinator
A facilities coordinator is the person who keeps the building running without anyone noticing, until something breaks. They juggle work orders, vendor calls, room bookings, and the HVAC that always seems to fail on the hottest day of the year. Most of their week is problem-solving behind the scenes, so a gift that acknowledges that quiet competence tends to land well. A mug for the first coffee of the morning is an easy win, since they're usually the first one in and the last one out. A hoodie works for the cold storage room or the rooftop check, and a tee in a dark color suits anyone who spends the day in mechanical rooms. You can make it theirs by typing the job title exactly as they use it, and adding a second line for their building, campus, or company name so it reads as their own role rather than a generic one.
Facilities Coordinator gift questions
Can I add my coordinator's building or company name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the building, campus, or company name under the job title. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is facilities coordinator a common job title?
Yes, it's used across offices, schools, hospitals, and large apartment complexes. Some organizations use facilities manager or building coordinator for similar work, and you can type whichever title they use.
Can I order shirts for a whole facilities team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the facilities coordinator shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a facilities coordinator gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
