Picking a gift for a facilities director
A facilities director keeps the building running, which means they're the person who gets the 6 a.m. call when the boiler quits and the last to leave when a storm knocks out power. They know every mechanical room, every key, and which elevator needs a kick. A gift that acknowledges that unseen work lands well. A tee for the job site or the weekend project, a hoodie for the cold walk through the plant at dawn, or a mug for the office where they spend their paperwork hours. Add their title on the second line, or the name of the campus or building they oversee, and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole maintenance crew, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which is a nice way to thank the team that keeps everything standing.
Facilities Director gift questions
Can I add the building or campus name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the campus, building or department there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a version for a facilities manager instead?
Designs use the exact words you type, so type facilities manager into the text box and the preview will show it on the design.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to facilities director?
A mug or tee with their new title is a simple way to mark the step up, especially if they've spent years running the building before getting the role.
What sizes do the facilities director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a facilities director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
