Gifts for Facilities Maintenance Managers

Picking a gift for a facilities maintenance manager

Facilities maintenance managers are the people who get the call when the boiler quits, the parking lot floods, or the elevator stops between floors. They keep buildings running and usually get thanked only when something breaks, so a gift that says their job out loud tends to land well. Their days mix early walkthroughs, vendor calls, work orders and a lot of time on their feet, often in a mechanical room or on a roof. A light tee works for a summer site visit, a hoodie for the cold early-morning rounds, and a mug for the office where the coffee gets cold while they handle the next emergency. Add their title, or a line like Building Operations or their company's name if you know it, and the design reads as theirs rather than a generic work shirt. For a whole maintenance crew, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name printed on their own.
