Picking a gift for a faculty criminal justice
Faculty in criminal justice are usually people who spent years in the field before they ever stood in front of a classroom. Many came from policing, corrections, probation, victim advocacy, forensic work or the courts, and they bring that experience into every lecture about procedure, evidence and the reasons systems succeed or fail. Their days blend grading, research, committee meetings and office hours with students who are often headed for the same jobs. A gift that acknowledges the classroom and the years of work behind it tends to land well. Put the words faculty and criminal justice on a hoodie for the chilly office, or a mug for the first cup of coffee before a seminar. If they teach a particular course or have a title, you can add it on a second line, and if they've been at the same institution a long time, adding the year they started can make the shirt personal rather than generic. For a department gift, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each colleague's name on their own shirt.
