Picking a gift for a field collector
A field collector spends a lot of time outdoors with a notebook, a bag of sample jars or a press, and a trail of dirt on their boots. Whether they work for a museum, a herbarium, an insect survey or a research lab, the job means long days away from a desk and a lot of careful labeling. The gifts that land are the ones that match that life: a tee for the truck or the trail, a hoodie for cold early-morning starts, a mug for the coffee they drink before the first site of the day. Put the words field collector on the design, or add the specialty they work in, like entomology, botany or herpetology, to make it theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you put every collector's name on a shirt from one design, which is a good way to mark a field season wrapping up.
Field Collector gift questions
Can I add a specialty like entomology or botany?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the specialty there, or change the main word to match how they describe their work.
Is there a kids version for a field collector?
Some designs come as kids tees, and a few come in dark colors. Use the product filter to see which ones are available for this word.
Can I order shirts for a whole field crew?
Yes. In the Team Shop, pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the field collector shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a field collector gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
