Picking a gift for a finance professor
A finance professor spends their days teaching students to value money over time, read a balance sheet and tell a good forecast from a wishful one, often while grading a stack of problem sets that never seems to end. They tend to have strong opinions about index funds, office hours and whether the coffee in the department lounge counts as a food group. A gift that nods to that life lands well: a tee they can wear to a faculty picnic, a hoodie for the cold lecture hall, or a mug that makes the morning review of last night's exam a little warmer. Add a second line with their department, their school or the year they earned their doctorate, and the shirt becomes theirs rather than a generic teacher design. If you're buying for a colleague or a whole department, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a lot more fun than another box of pastries.
Finance Professor gift questions
Can I add a university or department name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type your school or department there and the live preview will show you how it sits under the title.
Is there a good gift for a professor who just got tenure?
A mug or hoodie with their title and the year they earned tenure is a practical way to mark it. Keep the wording simple so it looks good on the shirt.
Do you have finance professor designs for kids?
Yes, there are a few kids tees and a baby onesie design for this title, which can make a fun joke gift for a child who loves watching a parent teach.
Can I add their name instead of the title?
Yes. You can type a name in place of the title or put it on a second line. The preview updates as you type, so you can see how it looks before you order.
What sizes do the finance professor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a finance professor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
