Picking a gift for a financial aid manager
Financial aid managers spend their days helping students and families figure out how to pay for school, which means they're often the calmest person in a stressful office during aid season. They walk people through FAFSA questions, award letters and appeals, and they know exactly how many deadlines fall between January and the start of fall term. A gift that acknowledges that work lands best when it's practical and a little bit proud. A soft tee they can wear to the campus Friday, a hoodie for the cold early-spring office, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the stack of award-season coffee. Type their title into the text box and make it the second line, or add the name of their school or department underneath, so the shirt reflects the job they actually do. If you're buying for a whole aid office, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to feel like a better thank-you than another box of donuts.
Financial Aid Manager gift questions
Can I add the school or department name to the design?
Yes. Most designs have a second line, so you can type the school, office or department there. Check the preview to see how it fits before you order.
Is there a special day for financial aid staff?
Financial aid staff are often recognized during spring award season and the summer before fall term, so a gift timed to those months tends to arrive when the work is hardest.
Can I use a shortened title like Fin Aid Manager?
You can type any wording you like. Spell out the title in full if the recipient uses it on a business card or email signature, since that's the version they'll likely recognize.
What's a good gift for a new financial aid manager?
A mug or tee with their title and start year makes a warm welcome, and it's something they can use on the first hard week of their new role.
What sizes do the financial aid manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a financial aid manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
