Picking a gift for a flight test engineer
Flight test engineers spend their days putting new aircraft and aircraft systems through their paces, often in cold hangars, on long test flights, or watching data streams during a sortie that may run longer than planned. They're the people who want to know exactly how a component behaves at the edge of its envelope and then write it up carefully. A gift that acknowledges that precision tends to land best. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is an easy win for a flight-day or a weekend of hangar projects, and a mug works well for the long data-review mornings at a desk. Put their name, or the title exactly as they use it, into the text box. If they've mentioned a particular program or a favorite type of test, a second line can carry that. Check the preview to be sure the wording is right before you order.
Flight Test Engineer gift questions
What should I type for a flight test engineer?
Type their exact title, or a shorter version like Flight Test if that's how they describe the job. A second line can hold a program name, a team, or a year.
Can I get shirts for my whole flight test team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the names of everyone on the team, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Is there a version for the engineer's kids?
Yes. Kids tees come in a smaller selection of designs, so you can match the parent's title on a shirt for a child who wants to be like them.
What sizes do the flight test engineer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a flight test engineer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
