Gifts from Fort Detrick
Fort Detrick is a US Army installation in Frederick, Maryland, and the people who work there, or who grew up around it, tend to have a strong sense of place. Many of them have moved through a series of postings, so a shirt or mug with the name is often a way to mark a chapter that mattered to them. If you're buying for someone who served or worked on the base, think about what the place means to them: the people they worked alongside, the years they were there, the town they came home to. A second line for a year, a unit or a family name turns the design into something specific to their time there. Hoodies suit the cold Maryland winters, and mugs suit the morning routine of someone who's ready to talk about the old days. Check the design preview to see how the place name sits with your extra text before you order.
