Gifts from Gale
Gale is a short, plain word, and it doesn't point to any one place the way Boston does. That makes it a good gift for someone who has a real connection to a town or city by that name, or who just likes a word that sounds like weather. Before you order, check the spelling and location the person would recognize, since a design reads differently to someone who knows exactly where they're from. A shirt or hoodie gives them something to wear on a cold morning or a long weekend, while a mug suits the kitchen where they start the day. Add a second line with a year, a neighborhood or a family nickname and the design becomes theirs rather than a generic word on fabric. If you're buying for a few people who share the name, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Gale gift questions
What can I add to a Gale design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a year, a neighborhood, a nickname or another place name there, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing.
Are there designs for more than one Gale?
Each design uses the word you see on the page. Open a design to see the exact text and how a second line will look before you order.
Can I order one design for a whole group named Gale?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose a design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
Which product works best for a gift?
A tee suits most people, a hoodie suits someone who runs cold, and a mug suits anyone who wants a daily reminder. Choose based on how they'll use it.
What sizes do the gale shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Gale gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
