Picking a gift for a general maintenance technician
General maintenance technicians are the people who keep a building running: they fix the leaky faucet at seven in the morning, reset the breaker that took out the break room, and climb the ladder to change the light nobody else wanted to touch. The gifts that land with them are practical and a little bit proud. A dark tee they can wear under a work jacket, a hoodie for the cold mornings on the roof or in the basement boiler room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the workbench. Their trade is about showing up and getting things working, so a shirt that names what they do feels more like recognition than a generic work tee. You can make it theirs by putting the title on the front and adding their name, company or years on the second line. Many designs have room for that, so check the preview before you order.
General Maintenance Technician gift questions
Can I add my technician's name or company under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type a name, a company or a years-of-service number there. The preview updates as you type.
Is there a shorter version of the title?
You can type any wording into the text box, such as Maintenance Tech, so use whatever your technician calls themselves at work.
What's a good gift for a new maintenance technician?
A dark tee or hoodie with their title is useful on the first day and something they'll keep wearing once the new job feels familiar.
Can I order shirts for my whole maintenance team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person so everyone gets their own shirt.
What sizes do the general maintenance technician shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a general maintenance technician gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
