Gifts from George Afb
George Air Force Base is a place people carry with them long after they leave it. For former airmen, their spouses and the kids who grew up on base, the name stands for first duty stations, early mornings on the flightline and the friends made at the commissary. A shirt or mug with George on it is a quick way to say where that chapter started. Veterans and their families tend to appreciate the simple version: the base name, with a second line for a squadron, a unit or the years they were stationed there, if they want more. The gift works best when it reflects their own time there rather than a generic base shirt. Ask what they called it, or what they remember most, and let that guide the second line.
George Afb gift questions
Can I add a unit or squadron name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a squadron, a unit or the years they served there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is George AFB the same as the old base name?
George Air Force Base was a real installation in California that closed in 1992. Many people still use the name, so the design works for anyone who lived or served there.
Do you have designs for kids who grew up on base?
Yes. Kids tees, dark kids tees and baby onesies are available for George AFB, so the whole family can wear it.
Can I order shirts for everyone in a reunion group?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the george afb shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a George Afb gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
