Gifts from Gilman
Gilman is a name that points to a place: Gilman Street in Berkeley, Gilman Hall at Johns Hopkins, and a handful of small towns and neighborhoods with the same name. If your person is from one of those places, or went to school near one, a shirt with the name is a quick way to say where they belong. A Gilman tee suits game days, reunions and the trip back home. A hoodie holds up for the cold months in the place it's named after. Gilman also works as a family name, so a mug with it can say you're thinking of someone's kitchen as much as their hometown. Since the word can mean several things, the easiest way to make it land is to add a second line that says which Gilman you mean: a neighborhood, a school, a street, or a year they moved in.
Gilman gift questions
Which Gilman does the design refer to?
The design shows the word you type, so the place is up to you. Add a second line with the street, school or town to make it specific.
Can I add a year or a neighborhood under the name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a year, a neighborhood or a place, so you can type it in and check the preview.
Is there a Gilman design for a whole group?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste the names, pick a size for each person, and everyone gets their own shirt.
What sizes do the gilman shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Gilman gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
