Picking a gift for a ground school instructor
A ground school instructor spends their days teaching students the theory behind flight: weather, navigation, aerodynamics and regulations, often in a classroom before anyone ever leaves the runway. They're the person who makes the written exam feel less like a wall and more like a path, and many of them still fly on the side. A gift that respects that work tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it says you noticed what they do, and it's comfortable enough to wear on a long day of lecture prep. For the instructor who lives with a coffee in hand while planning tomorrow's lesson, an 11 oz mug with their title is the most used thing on the desk. If you want it to feel more personal, add the school or the certificate they teach toward, typed into the second line, so it reads as theirs and not a generic teacher shirt.
Ground School Instructor gift questions
Can I add a school name or certificate to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in the flight school, the certificate they teach toward, or a name. The live preview shows how it will sit before you order.
Is ground school instructor a common gift for someone in aviation?
It's a specific title, and a good one to personalize. If you're buying for a whole flight school team, the Team Shop lets you put each instructor's name on the same design.
Can I order several shirts for a flight school staff?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
Do the designs say anything about aviation besides the title?
The designs use the word you choose as the main text. Anything beyond that, like a school name or year, is something you type in yourself.
What sizes do the ground school instructor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a ground school instructor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
