Picking a gift for a hall director
A hall director runs a residence hall, which usually means they're on call most nights, handling roommate disputes, late-night medical calls and the occasional fire alarm at 2 a.m. They're often the one who knows every resident by name and who stays calm when everyone else is panicking. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear on a weekend or to a campus event, and it shows you understand what the job takes. Add the name of their building or campus on a second line if you know it, since that's the detail that makes it theirs. A mug is a good fit for the office, where they'll likely spend long afternoons on paperwork and incident reports. Whatever you choose, keep it simple and practical, the way they are at work.
Hall Director gift questions
