Picking a gift for a help aid
A help aid, or home health aide, spends the day helping people with bathing, meals, medication reminders and getting around, often in their clients' homes rather than a clinic. It's physical work that asks a lot of patience and warmth, and the people doing it often go home tired with nobody thanking them. A gift that names the job tells them someone noticed. A soft tee they can wear on a long shift, a hoodie for the car ride home in cold weather, or a mug for the first coffee before the first visit all fit into an ordinary day. Put help aid on the front, and if they're proud of a specific role, add it on the second line. The Team Shop is an option too, if you're thanking a whole agency's aides with one design and each person's name on their own shirt.
Help Aid gift questions
Can I add a name or title under help aid?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type a name, a role or an agency name there and the preview will update so you can check it before ordering.
Is there a special day for home health aides?
Many agencies mark Home Care Aide Week in the fall, though dates vary by organization. Ordering a couple of weeks ahead gives you time for a group order.
Can I order for a whole care team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
Are there kids versions if the aide has a young family?
Yes. Five kids tee designs and three dark kids tee designs are available, plus a baby onesie design.
What sizes do the help aid shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a help aid gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
