Picking a gift for a home director
A home director is the person who keeps a residential program running, usually a group home or a care facility, and the job rarely ends when the shift does. They're managing staff schedules, sitting in on hard conversations with families, and fielding calls at odd hours. A gift that acknowledges the work lands well, and so does one that gives them a few minutes of comfort. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold office or the overnight check, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they'll need before the first meeting. Put their title on it, home director, and add the name of their home or the program if you know it, so the gift shows you see what they do. If you're buying for a whole team of staff who work under them, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a thoughtful way to say thanks together.
Home Director gift questions
Can I add the name of the home or program to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the house or program name there. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Is home director a common title in group homes?
It's used in many residential programs, though titles vary by organization. If their official title is different, you can type the exact wording you want on the design.
What's a good gift for a home director who's just been promoted?
A mug or tee with their new title is a simple way to mark the step up. It's personal and something they'll use every day.
Can I order for several staff members at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose a design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the home director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a home director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
