Gifts from Hoonah
Hoonah is a small city on Chichagof Island in southeast Alaska, and the people who live there tend to take real pride in being from a place that's hard to reach and easy to love. A Hoonah shirt is a way for someone who grew up there, or who spent a few seasons working or fishing nearby, to carry that place with them. For a gift, think about the person who has left and misses the water and the quiet, or the one who still lives there and wears their hometown on a cold morning. A hoodie suits the long Alaska winter, a mug works for the early coffee that starts a day on the water, and a kids tee or onesie lets a family pass the name down. Because the town is small, a design with the year they moved, graduated or came home can make the gift feel like theirs and not a generic souvenir.
Hoonah gift questions
Can I add a year or a name to a Hoonah shirt?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a name or a short detail. Type it into the text box and the preview will show how it sits on the shirt before you order.
Do you have Hoonah designs for kids and babies?
Yes. Hoonah designs come as kids tees, kids dark tees and baby onesies, so a whole family can match.
Is there a Hoonah design I can use for a group?
Use the Team Shop to choose one Hoonah design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the hoonah shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Hoonah gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
