Picking a gift for a house admin
A house admin keeps a building running without much fanfare: they track the paperwork, chase the vendors, handle the residents or owners and quietly fix whatever breaks before anyone notices. It's the kind of job people rely on daily and rarely thank out loud. A gift that names the role says you noticed. Put the title on a tee or hoodie for the long days on site, or on an 11 oz mug for the desk where the calls and invoices pile up. If you're buying for a whole office or property team, the Team Shop lets you order one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better thank-you than another card. Add a second line for the building, the property or the year they started, and the gift becomes specific to their work.
House Admin gift questions
Can I add the building or property name to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a year or a place. Type the property name there and the preview will update so you can see how it looks before ordering.
Is there a version for a whole admin team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste each person's name and pick a size for each one. Everyone gets a shirt printed with their own name.
What if the title is written differently at their office?
You can type any wording into the text box, such as house administrator or property admin, so the gift matches how they're listed at work.
What sizes do the house admin shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a house admin gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
