Picking a gift for a housing supervisor
A housing supervisor keeps a building running: they coordinate maintenance, handle resident questions, check on unit turnovers, and are often the first person a tenant calls when the heat goes out at night. It's detail-heavy, behind-the-scenes work, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the job itself. A tee or hoodie with their title on it says you noticed what they do, and it's comfortable enough for the site walk-throughs and early mornings. A mug suits the office, where the coffee is usually the only thing keeping the schedule together. Add the property name, the building or the company they work for in the second line if you know it, and the design stops being generic. Their credential, if they earned one, is worth including too. If you're buying for a whole management team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer way to say thanks than another round of donuts.
Housing Supervisor gift questions
Can I add the property or company name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the property, building or company name there and check the preview before you order.
Can I add a credential like CPM or CHMM?
Yes, if they hold it. Type the credential after their title or on its own line. If you're not sure of the exact abbreviation, check with them first.
Is there a design for a housing manager instead?
Not under this title. You can type housing manager, property manager or any other role into the text box to see a preview of that word.
What's a good gift for a supervisor who's just been promoted?
A mug or hoodie with their new title and the year they moved up. It marks the change without being a big production.
What sizes do the housing supervisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a housing supervisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
